Video tips: Windows, email and Zoom

December 7, 2020 by Liz Crew

Everyone needs high quality digital skills, now more than ever. As part of our Digital Do Tank project, we’ve started to create free training videos covering the questions we’re asked most.

Our videos adopt a short no-nonsense style. Every step is recorded with clear on-screen annotations so it can be easily followed. You can pause and rewind at any time.

I’ve had multiple requests about how to cope with an iPhone running out of memory. What can I delete to free up space? How can I be sure my photos are backed up to iCloud before I delete them from my phone and how do I access them afterwards?

It would be great to have both an iPhone and Android version of this.
