Each year, the charity Good Things Foundation gathers new facts and stats to reveal the reality of digital exclusion. Their latest update, launched this month, brings together a range of sources, from Lloyds’ UK Consumer Digital Index (2024) and Ofcom’s Affordability and Technology Trackers, to survey data from Age UK, and the charity’s own internal monitoring and evaluation work.
